Exam tips for school students-We all suffer with lot of stress and pressure during exams and difficulties while dealing with it. We cannot run away from stress but we can reduce it at an extent. So today here are some tips can be wonderful exam tips for school students.

1)Balanced Diet : Eating healthy diet is very essential. It helps in maintaining not only good health but it also ensures your body metabolism and enhances your learning skills. Eating healthy must be our exam preparation routine.Basic nutrition begins with a diet based on the major food groups. It includes vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products.It should also contain lean protein such as beans, legumes, nuts and seeds plus healthy fats.

2)Avoid Caffeine: Many of us think that drinking coffee or tea helps us to stay awake and study more but very few of us know that drinking too much caffeine can deteriorate our health and must not be over taken.

Night Sleep: Night sleeps are very important for reducing stress. Staying awake late night imbalances your hormonal level and reduce your body metabolism. A sound sleep is very important before exams for staying healthy during exams.

4)Some Breaks are Necessary: Studying too long can be really tiring and stressing so you can and you should take small breaks so as to stay refreshed. Also going for a walk is a good idea for reducing stress level of your body.

Our mind cannot function properly if our health is not well so we must take care of it.We should focus on how we can improve our health for our best performance and sucess.
